Psilocybin Mushroom Growers: 

Do you grow or want to grow psilocybin mushrooms in Colorado? Join our co-op network of psilocybin support. 

We only take 5+ lb increments (1lb + per strain), tested, vacuum sealed in 1/2 lb bags (gram content noted on each bag), dated, 1 moisture pack per bag.

Here are the psilocybin mushroom genus and strains we are currently focusing on growing. 

GENUS PSILOCYBE :

Psilocybe Cubensis:

The most widely cultivated psilocybin species globally. Grows on dung in warm climates. Originally native to Central and South America.

Psilocybe Mexicana:

Native to Mexico, especially Oaxaca. Used ritually for centuries.

Psilocybe Tampanensis:

Discovered in Tampa, Florida in 1977. Rare in the wild but widely cultivated for truffles.

Psilocybe Azurescens:

Native to the Pacific Northwest. Found near dune grasses and wood debris.

Psilocybe Cyanescens:

Nicknamed “Wavy Cap” for its cap margin.

Psilocybe Semilanceata:

Known as “Liberty Cap,” one of the most widespread wild species.

Psilocybe Zapotecorum:

Associated with the Zapotec people.

Psilocybe Caerulescens:

Called the “Landslide Mushroom” due to its habitat.

Psilocybe Hoogshagenii:

Rare, used in Mazatec rituals.

Psilocybe Natalensis:

Native to South Africa. Very close to P. cubensis genetically.

GENUS PANAEOLUS (also known as Copelandia):

Panaeolus Cyanescens:

Tropical dung-loving mushroom.

Panaeolus Tropicalis:

Less common cousin of P. cyanescens.

Panaeolus Cambodginiensis:

Rare species from Asia.

Panaeolus Cinctulus:

Formerly known as P. subbalteatus.

GENUS GYMNOPILUS:

Gymnopilus luteofolius, G. junonius, G. aeruginosus:

Wood-loving orange fungi.

GENUS PLUTEUS:

Pluteus salicinus, P. americanus, P. cyanopus:

Hardwood decomposers.

GENUS PSILOCYBIN TRUFFLES (SCLEROTIA):

Produced underground by several Psilocybe species:
